Fantastic breakfast spot!!! The breakfast sandwiches are just like mom would make them...biscuits and gravey that make your mouth water and super yummy lattes!! I can't speak about the lunch but I would guess it's delicious as well. If you want to be treated like family and enjoy a good book plus downtown people watching this is a must try!!

Stopped here for a good breakfast that was homemade and found what we are looking for. Owner, host and cook was very friendly and knows everyone who came in (just like Cheers). We had the breakfast burrito and croissant sandwich. Both were very good and definitely made fresh for us. Recommend this place and will go back when we visit the area again.

Lorraine has an Awesome Cafe with a Huge selection of Coffee Flavors and Lorraine is very knowledgeable about all of the coffee blends. Come on in and give her a visit. You will enjoy yourself. WiFi available to customers as well. Breakfast and lunch foods as well as pastries.

Quaint and friendly coffee/lunch place. We had tuna and chicken salad sandwiches, both awesome. Jovial and friendly owner run the joint. Wifi and great coffee, who needs anything more.

Let me start by saying that Courtney belongs at Starbucks with the rest of the snobby, arrogant and stuck up people who want "YUMMY COFFEE" That's where you belong. I think that Origins coffee is by far the best coffee place in SWFL!!! The owner Lorraine does have a heart of gold and is the nicest kindest person!!! The breakfast and lunch menu is very simple and everything is delicious and affordable!!! There is free WiFi and beautiful paintings by local artists for sale. we support the community unlike Starbucks who just have overpriced shitty coffee and people!!!So I recommend origins coffee to all of those who enjoy a nice family feel at home type of experience. To all others stay at Starbucks.

AHHH this is a gr8t hidden gem. A laid back ,feel like you are a family member home or neighbor place. No internet, no loud noises a place for a breakfast or sandwich. This is not fast food/pace place. You go for contemplation ,reading, or conversation. The owner Loraine is outstanding and Jason is a knowledgeable kid. Coffee and choices are many. So if you need a good cup of joe and some solitude or not go here.

This place is awesome! The coffee is always fresh and the food is good. You can't beat the service, we have been going there for several years and the owner knows what we want every time we go in. This is a must visit in cape coral simply for the service.

Came for the coffee, stayed for the conversation! Jingle Bell Java a nice treat. Very nice proprietor and friendly customers too. Book exchange a nice plus too.

The woman at the counter was so rude, (firmly and harshly) telling the customers they needed to be patient because she was by herself and had to make two speciality coffees. We waited at a table for a few minutes and approached the counter after she basically asked why we were sitting there (although we were being patient as instructed). There was no menu to view, or in sight, so my mom said she was looking for a yummy coffee. The lady replied, "I don't know what that is (very annoyed, almost yelling). I don't know what a yummy coffee is?!" My mom explained that she had never been there before and didn't see a menu. The lady repeated that she didn't know what she wanted and continued to be rude and seem annoyed that we were there. We ended up just leaving. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Careful, Starbucks is only a few blocks away now, grouchy lady!

I'm in town for a week and was looking for a good cup of coffee. Saw the reviews so stopped in. The lady was extremely nice. I ordered the house blend. It was just ok, but I like a strong cup of coffee..too weak for me. Going to keep searching for the perfect cup

Really good coffee. Had a cappuccino and it was really good. However The service is even better than the coffee which is saying alot. They are super friendly. The prices are very reasonable. Great place and I will most definitely be back!

In the middle of Cape Coral, it was very difficult for me to find a good cafe to grab a good coffee. I've been here a few times now and they never disappoint. It takes a second to get your drink, but that's because the woman behind the counter makes each one with care. The iced drinks are shaken and come out really frothy and delicious. I've had the hazelnut late three times now because it comes out perfect. Also her whip cream is to die for. She dispense it out of a bakers pipers bag. It really is a nice touch. Lastly, the woman working there always says hi when i arrive with my friends, and we usually end up having a good quick conversation about some fascinating topic. I really love this place. Give it a try!!

Upon settling in Cape Coral FL this New England guy with a penchant for coffee only those in the know would appreciate, I searched. With few true Coffee Houses in this area I was pleased to find a Cafe with a down home type fo feel and a coffee selection that for this area, beats the rest. Origins also has a full menu for breakfast for those not just seeking a sip of the hot nectar derived straight from the roasted bean. I would like to see the coffee poured from something other thand pump caraffes but this isn't Boston and this is a true down home type of place with personalities that make you feel at home. This place has serious potential as a true coffee house and could easily break the bank as such in this location with a bit of change. I enjoy it just as it is however , and have become a loyal customer. Extended hours? Evening hours for the late crowd? Maybe in the future!
